La Paz Spain S.L. is a long established Anglo/Spanish building company with a passion for construction.

We specialize in the construction of villas, houses, pools and gardens.

Our company is based in the province of Almeria in southern Spain which boasts 3000 hours of sunshine making this area a perfect place to live, work and play. Our work is concentrated within the municipality of Arboleas which lies to the south-east of Albox in the Almanzora valley.

Arboleas is a fast growing picturesque Spanish village located on the edge of the ‘Rio Almanzora’. Here you’ll find shops, banks, bars, restaurants and a school. A municipal swimming pool, basket ball courts and childrens play areas are currently being constructed.

Our office is located 30 minutes inland from the lively coastal resorts of Vera & Mojacar, in the bustling market town of Albox. Here you’ll find all the amenities required for modern life; shops, banks, schools, post office, chemists, bars, restaurants and a 24 hour medical centre.
